How does delivery work?
We deliver nationwide, on a date we agree on together. Delivery is either a set fee, or you cover the airfare and pet ticket on an itinerary we plan with you, and one of us flies with your kitten to the airport nearest you. Tell us your city and we’ll check the current fares.
Are your kittens raised in your home?
Yes. All our cats and kittens live with us in our home, with plenty of room to play and explore. Our kittens grow up as part of the family, with attention every day, never raised apart from people.
How do you socialize your kittens?
Little by little, our kittens get used to the sounds of an ordinary home: robot vacuums, regular vacuums, the washing machine and other appliances. They’re with people every day, above all in their first two months, the most important time for their social development. We handle and groom them often, so brushing, nail trims and baths are nothing new by the time they come home.
Can I see the kittens and their parents on a video call?
Of course. We’re happy to set up a FaceTime or Zoom call so you can meet a kitten and see its parents. Just let us know a time that works for you.
Do you do genetic testing?
Once you reserve a kitten, we share the genetic test results of its parents with you. Testing each kitten on its own is something breeders more often ask for, to learn its genetic traits and possible hereditary conditions, but we’re happy to arrange it on request.
What if my kitten gets sick?
Our health guarantee covers major infectious diseases for 30 days and fatal genetic or congenital defects for three years. A claim needs a licensed veterinarian’s diagnosis and records, and we cover the shipping for a replacement kitten.
Are the kittens litter trained, and what do they eat?
Every kitten is fully litter-box trained before it comes home. Our kittens eat Royal Canin kitten food and use Arm & Hammer litter, and keeping to the same at first helps them settle in.
Do you sell breeding rights?
Yes, we do sell breeding rights, at an additional cost.
